The boxed IQ HR solution is installed for the manager and his employees on all necessary platforms - web, adaptive, mobile application (IOS / Android). The platform is easily integrated with existing CRM systems (SAAS, ERP) or with the company's own CRM. Integration from 7 to 30 days, the application can also work offline.

Employees are registered on the platform in accordance with the staffing table - we set up personal accounts for HR managers.

All the customer’s recruiting content is imported into the cloud: information about the company, a list of required employees, job descriptions, a database of applicants, training videos for specific vacancies, etc.

Automatic distribution of created vacancies to connected recruiting services (HH.RU, superjob.ru, avito.ru, worki.ru, HabrKarera) and thematic publics, sending out invitations to relevant candidates from the applicant database - incoming and outgoing applications.

Candidates follow the links placed in vacancies to the automatically created applicant's account on the IQ HR platform, information from the resume of applicants is automatically transferred to personal accounts.

The applicant receives detailed information about the vacancy and the company, undergoes initial training and testing - the system automatically checks test tasks and awards points to the candidate depending on the number of correct answers. Points for passed tests can be spent in the platform's internal store or, if the settings provide for a reward for successfully completing a test, the points are converted into cash.

Based on the results of training and testing, the applicant receives a certificate of professional development.

Based on the results of the training and testing completed, the rating of applicants is automatically built, the best candidates are sent invitations for an interview with the manager (a call from a robot assistant or a notification in a chat with the ability to choose a convenient time slot) or job invitations.

Candidates who have not received an invitation remain in the database and may be invited to other vacancies or be a reserve in case of a re-opening of a vacancy.

The IQ HR platform allows candidates to attach documents to fill out primary documents for employment (consent to the processing of personal data, NDA, etc.). The signing of primary documentation is carried out by means of a simple electronic signature (via SMS). All collected documents are stored encrypted in the cloud and synchronized with 1C.

A convenient chat allows both direct communication between applicants and HR managers, as well as connecting a bot to answer typical questions of candidates using pre-written scripts.
