Installation

The box solution IQ JOB is assigned as the manager and responsible for selection frames for all views platforms — web, adaptation, mobile application (IOS/Android). The platform easily integrates with existing CRM systems (SAAS, ERP) or with your own CRM company. The app can also work offline.

Invite executors to work part-time

Robot assistant has been called with the best candidate from those who have applied for a part-time job or from the general base of IQ JOB and others services, as well as sends a push notification to the application and a message to the messenger with a description of the part-time job, time and hours rate, receives a confirmation of readiness upon receipt of the task, and also automatically returns the task 2 hours before it starts.

Execution of the task by the executor

The contractor confirms his readiness to complete the task and arrives at the specified location by the time the work starts. There is an automatic fixation of the arrival of the contractor by geolocation, as well as manual confirmation of the arrival of a temporary employee by the employer who instructs the performer.
As the task is completed, the executors receives advice in a convenient chat and marks its completion. An employee of the manager confirms the completion of the side job and evaluates the performer.

Receipt of payments by the executor

After confirming the completion of the task, the performer receives points that form his rating of conscientiousness and are converted into cash with a withdrawal to the card. The higher the rating, the more tasks are available to the performer and the above his hourly rate.

Electronic document management for the employer

The IQ JOB platform allows contractors to attach documents to fill out primary documents when entering a part-time job. The signing of primary documentation is carried out by means of a simple electronic signature (via SMS). All collected documents are stored in encrypted in the cloud and synchronized with 1C. Contractors can work either as self-employed or under an offer contract with IQ JOB.
