Installation

The boxed solution IQ RETAIL is installed by the manufacturer/distributor/employees of retail outlets - web, adaptive, mobile application (IOS / Android).

The platform is easily integrated with existing CRM systems (SAAS, ERP) and accounting systems (1C: Warehouse) or with your own CRM. Integration from 7 to 30 days, the application can also work offline.

IQ RETAIL complies with the LOW CODE methodology and does not require a large number of specialists to maintain work.

Connection

We register employees of the manufacturer, distributor and retail outlets in the common system - we set up personal accounts, taking into account the hierarchy of each position.

Flexible hierarchy

The manufacturer/distributor sets up the roles of sales agents, and the owner of the outlet sets up the roles of outlet employees who can fulfill orders, sign documents, or complete tasks.

Integration

We import data from the manufacturer/distributor into the cloud (product catalogs, prices, balances and units of measure, financial data, logistics), which are broadcast in the personal accounts of retail outlet employees authorized to see this data, and can also be changed in one click.

We upload the outlets of the manufacturer/distributor to the platform or give access to our database of connected outlets, taking into account geographic indicators and coverage. We give access to all financial data of the outlet.

Motivation System

Payment takes place without intermediaries - by bank transfer or by QR code when linking a business card. The manufacturer / distributor sees the entire pool of orders from TT and arranges delivery, saving time and money.

The sales agent sees orders in his route list and remotely monitors the KPI of the outlet, reducing the frequency of visits and achieving an increase in turnover and budget optimization.

Using Big Data, IQ RETAIL analyzes the history of orders, determines the optimal quantity of goods for each specific outlet and offers to place the next automatic recommended order, taking into account the existing balances online at the time of the order.

Привлечение трафика в категорию «уход за кожей лица» с целью увеличения средней корзины продаж.

#KeyVisual

Нами была предложена и реализована комплексная креативная маркетинговая концепция акции “3 шага”, включающая в себя 3 этапа ухода за кожей лица - очищение, увлажнение и маска. Мы разработали коммуникацию с клиентом за счет онлайн и оффлайн платформ с привлечением навигационных подсказок в роли интерактивного консультанта, который решает проблемы индивидуального подхода в бьюти секторе.

#Конструкция

Мы позаботились о том, чтобы покупательский трафик мигрировал в бьюти категорию “Уход за кожей лица”, с последующим увеличением средней корзины продаж. Был создан виртуальный 3D-полигон, включающий в себя рестайлинг островных конструкций, пристенных стеллажей, воблеров и стопперов. Разместили рекламное оборудование и нанесли навигационные подсказки для концепта прогноза продаж.
