In 2018, Bristol took 4th place in the rating of the 50 fastest growing companies according to RBC. At present, the company continues its strong growth and expands its network coverage, opening up new territories.

Problems received for solution:

1. Creation of a fully functional corporate training portal for employees of all divisions of the Bristol company.

2. Increase the motivation of store employees and reduce turnover, as well as HR costs for constant staff renewal.

Based on the IQ School platform, the Bristol Academy corporate portal was developed for a comprehensive solution of all tasks.

IQ School is a single a platform for training employees in sales and increasing motivation. IQ School is more than an LMS, the software makes it possible to implement and control clear KPIs and sales plans, increasing engagement through gamification and reducing staff turnover.

The Bristol Academy Learning Portal was built around highly customizable dashboards for employees, assembled as a constructor and configured according to the position of each individual employee.

Modern flexible approach to designing learning sites allows for training in a convenient remote format and easily track the progress of each employee, motivating those who are lagging behind and encouraging the best employees.

The system collects data and prepares analytics both for entire departments and for each specific employee. #Цель

Привлечение трафика в категорию «уход за кожей лица» с целью увеличения средней корзины продаж.

#KeyVisual

Нами была предложена и реализована комплексная креативная маркетинговая концепция акции “3 шага”, включающая в себя 3 этапа ухода за кожей лица - очищение, увлажнение и маска. Мы разработали коммуникацию с клиентом за счет онлайн и оффлайн платформ с привлечением навигационных подсказок в роли интерактивного консультанта, который решает проблемы индивидуального подхода в бьюти секторе.

#Конструкция

Мы позаботились о том, чтобы покупательский трафик мигрировал в бьюти категорию “Уход за кожей лица”, с последующим увеличением средней корзины продаж. Был создан виртуальный 3D-полигон, включающий в себя рестайлинг островных конструкций, пристенных стеллажей, воблеров и стопперов. Разместили рекламное оборудование и нанесли навигационные подсказки для концепта прогноза продаж.
