How it works

Installation

The boxed IQ School solution is installed for the head and his employees on all necessary platforms - web, adaptive, mobile application (IOS / Android). The platform is easily integrated with existing CRM systems (SAAS, ERP) or with your own CRM. Integration from 7 to 30 days, the application can also work offline.

Connection

We automatically import and register employees on the platform in accordance with the staffing table - we set up personal accounts taking into account the hierarchy of each position, and also integrate current clients.

Integration

We import all training content on sales and other necessary disciplines into the cloud, and if necessary, we independently create and upload video courses and other training materials to IQ School. We integrate the working tools of employees: customer base, sales plans, route sheets, etc.

KPI constructor

The manager sets KPIs for his employees - quantitative, total, one-time, weekly, etc. KPIs are formed and tied to the job responsibilities of a particular employee / department / division, or apply to all employees connected to IQ School.

Education

Employees connected to IQ School take training courses in accordance with their position and work tasks. At the end of each course, interactive testing is carried out on the material covered, points are awarded and certificates / medals are awarded for completing the training.

KPI fulfillment

Employees in their personal accounts see all the tasks and KPIs for their client base. The KPI progress is visually displayed in progress bars - in percentages and other units of measurement. It is also possible to display a bonus that an employee will receive upon reaching a goal for sales or other work tasks, as well as automatic bonuses for meeting KPIs.

For all current clients of the employee, micro-dashboards are formed with information on the implementation of sales plans and the history of all purchases and sales.

Привлечение трафика в категорию «уход за кожей лица» с целью увеличения средней корзины продаж.

#KeyVisual

Нами была предложена и реализована комплексная креативная маркетинговая концепция акции “3 шага”, включающая в себя 3 этапа ухода за кожей лица - очищение, увлажнение и маска. Мы разработали коммуникацию с клиентом за счет онлайн и оффлайн платформ с привлечением навигационных подсказок в роли интерактивного консультанта, который решает проблемы индивидуального подхода в бьюти секторе.

#Конструкция

Мы позаботились о том, чтобы покупательский трафик мигрировал в бьюти категорию “Уход за кожей лица”, с последующим увеличением средней корзины продаж. Был создан виртуальный 3D-полигон, включающий в себя рестайлинг островных конструкций, пристенных стеллажей, воблеров и стопперов. Разместили рекламное оборудование и нанесли навигационные подсказки для концепта прогноза продаж.
